What We Do
Alufem Canada is a Canadian company of Alufem Aluminum.
Alufem Aluminum provides services with a customer-oriented, fast and innovative approach with its aluminum extrusion press lines, polishing surface treatment machines, anodizing facilities, electrostatic paint shop, CNC mechanical processing centers, assembly lines and expert teams in a 14,000 m² closed area in Kayseri Organized Industrial Zone.
Our company has the capacity to produce over 9,000 tons of aluminum profiles annually in T0, T4, T5 and T6 heat treatment processes in various alloys with 1100 US Tons (5'') and 2000 US Tons (7'') extrusion press lines.
In our anodizing facility, with a capacity of 4,000,000 m²/year, matte, glossy and satin coating processes can be carried out up to 7.5 meters in length. With our Tin Sulphate and Nickel Sulphate baths, coloring demands from very light bronze to black are met.
Our electrostatic powder coating facility provides service with a capacity of 4,000 tons/year in all RAL codes and architectural series paints. Our powder coating facility is designed to be completely isolated from external effects and production is carried out with a fully automatic process-controlled cabin system.
Our facility's 3 and 4 axis CNC profile processing centers, CNC angled double head and precision cutting saws, and process-specific machine lines can carry out the mechanical processing applications required by our customers quickly and carefully.
In our R&D center, we provide design and technical support in line with the demands of our customers, and work is focused on maximum quality and satisfaction.
As an indicator of its understanding of valuing the environment and people, the ALUFEM brand has commissioned the most modern treatment facility available today. It continues its investments without slowing down with its 30,000 m² factory area, which is currently under construction.
